TMA Member Term Life Insurance provides

Insurance Protection For The Ones You Love

As a Texas physician with a family and/or assets to protect, purchasing a life insurance policy is a tangible way to help protect and care for your loved ones, in addition to helping to secure their lifestyle and resources. TMA Members may enroll online for up to $500,000 of coverage and help protect their Spouse/Domestic Partner for up to $250,000, or 50% of the member amount.

Depending on your needs, you may enroll in $5,000 or $10,000 of Child coverage at exclusive lower rates. There are no health questions required to help protect your children; rather, the cost is added to your TMA Member Term Life insurance premium.

Added Benefits

The Optional Disability Waiver of Premium removes the worry of having to pay for your TMA Member Term Life coverage if you become totally disabled for nine months or longer, before age 60.

The Accelerated Benefit Option³ is also available to you. Should you become terminally ill, with the life expectancy of 6 months or less, you may receive up to half of your coverage amount or up to $250,000 while still living. Use the proceeds as you wish—for travel, medical bills, or family expenses. Your beneficiaries will receive the remainder as a death benefit.

Coverage You Can Keep

Your coverage stays with you even if you change employment, as long as you retain your membership and pay your premiums. If you move outside of Texas, you can still continue your current coverage as an affiliate member.
